The process flow is concise and efficient, divided into five steps: First, pretreatment, adopting multi-media filtration, precision filtration and activated carbon adsorption to remove suspended particles, organic matter and residual chlorine in raw water or wastewater and protect the reverse osmosis membrane. Second, high-pressure pressurization, the pretreated water is pressurized to the rated pressure by a high-pressure pump. Third, reverse osmosis separation, water molecules pass through the membrane to form product water (pure water or reused water), while impurities are discharged or recycled along with concentrated water. Fourth, advanced treatment, EDI treatment or disinfection is adopted as required to ensure effluent meets standards. Fifth, storage and transportation, qualified water is stored in water tanks and delivered to each terminal of electroplating production or recovery unit through pipe network with stable and controllable whole process.
